Our cottage is located in the heart of the Perche regional park in the outbuilding of an old renovated farmhouse. Non-smoking, it can accommodate up to 8 people and offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Alone, with family, or with friends, the cottage will bring you all the comfort you will need. On a single level space of more than 150 square meters, you will find three bedrooms, a large living room, a large kitchen, and of course, the private outdoor swimming pool! You can enjoy it in season in all weathers thanks to its retractable shelter.
To make your stay easier, cleaning and linen are included (sheets, towels, tea towels). The beds are made on arrival. We also offer additional services such as breakfast, packed lunch and the sale of regional products. Our animal friends are not accepted.

The cottage will allow you to discover many tourist sites within half an hour such as Nogent-le-Rotrou (Capital of Perche), Bonneval (Venice of Beauce), Illiers-Combray (Marcel Proust), Chateaudun, Brou and its regional market or even Thiron-Gardais with its abbey and its royal military college…
Local shops are available 5 minutes from the Gîte in the villages of Luigny and Chassant.
